Hello:
After working on the OpenSRS API for a while, I found that
you must first check to see if a domain can be registered or transferred
before continuing the registration/transfer process. The problem is
that OpenSRS does not have any test domains, for example a registered
domain on the system that you can query against and see if it is
transferable or not. After I built my code it validates the domain
name trying to be transferred it checks to see whether or not the domain
can be transferred or not. What I need is a domain that is
transferrable in the test environment...
