I agree with RSP's having the ability to take care of their own customers by
having SysAdmin privileges for their own customers.
I think there is a problem with anyone that thinks that someone who is
ignorant of something is a moron ... ignorance can be remedied by knowledge and
not everyone has the capacity to learn unix or even want to ... the very
people who have trouble with computer concepts are going to be the bulk of new
customers on the internet ... I for one will gladly take their money and hold
their hands .. I pay a mechanic $50 dollars an hour because I do not want to be
a grease monkey ... service to me is more important than price ... I am not
going to fall into a price war with everyone .... $20 dollars a year is a fair
price for a domain name plus parking fees and the chance to write some pages
and sell some disk space. You get what you pay for .
