The RSP may be able to reclaim some loses if they choose to go into the
domain-reselling business.
I am not suggesting this (30 day window) for the direct benefit of the
individual RSP; rather, it would be to the befit of all RSP's and
registrars --
if a registrar can not delete a domain (as NSI et all do) when it is not
properly paid, they are opening themselves up for some massive scams.

A "loophole" in the domain name system will be discovered -- to be
exploited by plenty.
There should be a way to guarantee people who try to scam an RSP or any
registrar are not walking away with something (domain names).
