I don't personnaly think its kind of a farce. Its to avoid having anybody to
become a real registrar. This 1- Filter the person who has not the financial
resources to ensure proper operations of a registrar, 2 - YOu have to be
financially strong to run a real registrar, and its a fact.

I wanted to know if OpenSRS development team plan to add an "export script"
to openSrs admin pannel. Exemple: You approve a domainr registration, and it
post datas to an external url. Would be VERY useful for our renewal and
tracking database software we are programming, and other resellers who has
big volume and absolutly need automatic tracking and renewal auto-emailers.
