the model is called "game theory". but let's put it this way: have you
ever heard of removable faces for car stereos? do you believe that they
reduce the number of stolen stereos? Why? It's just as easy to steal the
stereo. Oh, it must be because the stereo is USELESS without the face.

Look it up. What is the purpose of a removable face for a car stereo? To
deter theft. Now you tell me why having a removable face would deter
theft.

Sure, chargebacks will always exist, but if you don't allow a user to keep
the domain s/he charged back, it will be USELESS, hence it will happen
much less.
