It could be that the domain you are trasferring is still newly registered by
the original registrar. As such in Netsol if it is within the 60 day window
they will reject the transfer.

I can't go even through the first step. I receive error message which is:
"The domain blah.com is not currently transferrable: Domain not registered."
However this domain is registered already.
All other services are working fine.
