I have verified that all our fax machines are in working order and have
been receiving faxes with no problems.
Vicky, I suggest you verify things on your end. Fax machines do not
typically send status reports across a transmission line (i.e. I'm out of
paper), but rather a positive or negative response (typically binary, it
made it or it didn't).
