It would be extremely useful to have an additional facility in the
reg_system.cgi. This would be similar to the do_register component or
register.cgi that took as a parameter the order number that was generated
from the sw_register component or reg_system.cgi. This routine would simply
change the order from pending to registered.
This would be an enormous aid to cc integration (or would be for me anyway).
We could use reg_system for creation with the advantages that that delivers.
At verify time we can hop out to the external authoriser passing across the
order id as a pass through variable. When authorised the cc routines execute
a cgi of ours that use the passed back order id to finalise the order. No
need to keep temporary storage of all the registration info to use the
register.cgi do_register component. Easy
