NetSol strangeness... A question and a warning...

I got the feeling when trying to transfer a troublesome domain from NetSol
(they wouldn't let it go for no real reason) that they are supposed to be
sending us a letter (they being NetSol) saying why the transfer was
denied. I had this domain transfer to OpenSRS denied a few times, but
never got a letter from Network Solutions. Has anyone else? Should we be
getting said letter in these cases? Anyone have any idea on these?

Another odd (but kinda funny) thing from NetSol... I transferred 3
domains pretty much one of the first days I was able to. Went through just
fine, so their now on OpenSRS, but I just got "deactivation notices" from
NetSol on all 3 of them saying that I have to pay them. Its kinda funny
that they don't know the domain is with them anymore, esp. when I know that
everything is ok - we were the contact listed on the domain.
However, if you have clients with whom you transferred their domain to
OpenSRS, you might want to head off an angry phonecall and tell them that
even though their domain is transferred, that the Internic might be sending
them a "deactivation" letter.
