Support can add this for you, since you also sent it to the list I've
added it myself.
The only requirement to add this is a difficulty with the root registry
server. If it cannot verify the existence of a nameserver host, it will
not allow a domain to be registered with it. Since it only REALLY knows
about .com/.net/.org name servers, it ignores the ccTLD ones, and we have
to add them manually.
