NSI really can't screw up a registrar transfer Away from them to another
registrar because the other registrar does all the work. NSI only has to
respond to the request with a YES/ACK or ignore it altogether.

Read the following story that was posted in April. NSI puts all blame on
the domain owner for not securing their domain better.
