The transfer process must be initiated at NSI's end of things, as the
"winning" Registrar is required to start the process. Not having Manage
access to the domain will not hinder this process.
If proof of ownership of the domain can be provided, the folks at
support@opensrs.org can assist in getting the admin contact email altered
properly. This will have to be worked out with the domain owner and the
current Reseller, as there might be some compliance issues here.
