this should be a reason not to use their services.
but in fact they are not liable for anything as it
is well written in their terms of blabla.

actually they (nsi) hijacked a domain name i registered
with them (nsi) claiming there was an error.
but what can i do? - nothing. too bad but these are
the facts. and people who still trust them and say
"they are expensive but they are big and that's why i will
use their service" should be liable for that mistake. :)
