ok, that's really great, that you acted swiftly, thank you.
however, if your PR-department can't even be reached,
that's not good enough, is it ?

also, we were lucky that this could be resolved
during your business hours.
in my opinion OpenSRS can't act swiftly enough as long
as they don't have staff on duty 24 hours a day.
it's a time-critical, world-wide business and most american corps
like Tucows did not understand that yet.

we all know NSI is a bad business but the public needs to
be informed that OpenSRS is better.
