Phil,

I'm not quite sure what your point is - there are people in the office at
all hours - with over 200 people working here, it's tough not to reach
someone.

As far as the PR bit goes, Brian @ Internet.com sent me an email
requesting a chat this morning that I didn't get until after his deadline.
Two ships in the night as it were. I've been stuck in meetings all this
week working out the nitty gritty around this news bit -

productive effort than trying to deal with a PR issue created by problems
at NSI.
