you say further down that everything was sorted out the previous day,
so surely there was no need to get clearance from legal to explain
what was planned and done.

what do you want to say here ? that the Tucows PR-departement
does not return calls from the press in a timely manner ?
in a business environment where breaking news get a lasting impact
and everything that comes two hours later is lost in the noise ?
