Just to correct the above statement, the pricing has always been $4 above
the registry cost. Prior to January 15, 2000 the cost to OpenSRS was $9 and
the cost to RSPs was $13. After January 15, 2000 the cost to OpenSRS is/was
$6 and the cost to RSPs is/was $10.
