I believe that this is the problem with the Internet business today - I call it the "eating your young" syndrone. OpenSRS is doing web-hosts and ISPs a great service by allowing them to register domains at a a very competitive rate. So now we have a guy using a hotmail (free) e-mail account advocating cutting off OpenSRS at the knees. He even has the audacity to do it on a list maintained by OpenSRS.
Yes, everyone needs to run out to other registers and when efforts like OpenSRS are not around anymore to keep register.com and others at bay see where everyone is at.
See if you can provide customer service and tech support with no markup on your services. To see people complaining about the small margin that OpenSRS is making is a real joke.
This is my first post to the list after monitoring it for a few months, but I did not think I could let this one slide.
