"." before the "@"

Hello,

Someone asked this question and by the time we found the
answer, I had deleted the original Email, Sorry.

According to RFC 822, a "." before the "@" is incorrect
syntax.

However, it's not a big deal and it's not going to break
anything so we will allow it in the next release.

(Sorry, I don't know when that will be)
