I changed the label eg: Suite #245 to "Second Address." This way if the
customer gets an error they'll know what to correct. We had many many
complaints about this error until we edited our template. Robert I think
this label should be edited in the next release.
If you need any further assistance, please don't hesitate to ask!

Subject: Re: why am i getting this error
Hello,
This error refers to the second address field. It is
labeled: (eg: Suite #245)
It requires both a letter or a number. It can also be left
blank.

I left blank. I don't even see a "address 2" field on the order form.
