I don't think OpenSRS *can* do anything about this... they are just another
competing registry. Make a complaint to ICANN about the auction - they are
the only ones who have the power to do anything about NetSol.

I hope OpenSRS takes action against this. Maybe an injunction to prevent the auction. I am also sending this to a couple of the other Registrars, suggesting the same risk and they might wish to take action.
I don't see how resellers or users can do anything to prevent this. It appears to me that the other Registrars are the only ones who would have legal standing to take action against this.
