It's usually impossible to modify WorldNIC registered domains via the web
interface. In the help section of our site we suggest that the domain
holder telephone NSI on the toll free line set up for WorldNIC and have
the rep make the changes while you are on the phone with them. The
numbers we have are 888.642.9675 or 703.742.0914 for international
callers. If you have to call long distance, I would suggest the services
of dialpad.com to do it for free.
