I do pay my rent before the due date.

If a contract calls for prepayment (which domains do, you pay in
advance for the upcoming time period) and you don't pay in advance,
you don't have any legal right to expect to get the service for free,
nor do you have a right to expect preferential treatment with regards
to that service.

Have I gone into arrears? Hells yes, I think we all have at some
point. If I was late with my rent and got evicted for it, I don't
think I'd have the right to expect that my landlord give me my old
apt. back when he had someone standing there with cash in their hands
wanting to rent it from him.
