control over domain

Dear All,

I'm new at OpenSRS system and really amazed with all features. I've one
question:

let assume that I've registered a domain name with any of reseller of
OpenSRS system.

1. Now if he winds up his business who will own domain?
2. Can end-user directly go to any interface and check their status and
manage domain?

One more question:

Let's assume if I regiser a domain with X reseller. Can I use Y reseller's
site (OpenSRS interface) to manage my domain.
