I have attempted to request the original sender to maintain an English
speaking atmosphere in this environment as most of our Resellers can
read/write English quite well and lack the resources for multilingual
translations.
Fortunately here I believe we've got close to or more than 20 languages
that we can pick at - even if it's just a close enough guess (as in above)
