Emailing support@opensrs.org can be useful.
Be sure to include your username, the platform you're running on, which
version of the client code you have installed, what version of the Perl
modules you have are installed, and a description of the errors you're
getting. Also be sure to mention if you're attempting to connect to the
TEST or the LIVE system (based on settings in your OpenSRS.conf file).
