We have found that cut and paste sometimes adds a blank space at the end
of the password or username. We are constantly getting emails from
clients that the Domain Name Manager will not accept their password.

We sent them an email back telling them to type everything into the form
and that solves the problem.

frustration I printed the thing out, keyed the line manually, and
presto - it worked. No idea wtf was wrong with cut & paste (no, it
wasn't anything obvious like a space at the end of the line).
