Hello,

here are some suggestions on improving WHOIS output. That's what WHOIS
should like in my opinion :-) A star (*) means: show only if field
entered -> optionally.

Registrant:
 <First Name> <Last Name>
 <* Company>
 <Street and other address data>
 <City>, <State> <ZIP>
 <Country>

 Domain Name: <Domain Name>

 Administrative Contact:
    <Free Formatted Text, Name or Alias> <E-Mail-Address>
    <* Company>
    <Street and other address data>
    <City>, <State> <ZIP>
    <Country>
    <Phone> (Phone)
    <Fax> (Fax)

 Technical Contact:
    <Free Formatted Text, Name or Alias> <E-Mail-Address>
    <* Company>
    <Street and other address data>
    <City>, <State> <ZIP>
    <Country>
    <Phone> (Phone)
    <* Fax> (Fax)

 Billing Contact:
    <Free Formatted Text, Name or Alias> <E-Mail-Address>
    <* Company>
    <Street and other address data>
    <City>, <State> <ZIP>
    <Country>
    <Phone> (Phone)
    <* Fax> (Fax)

 Record last updated on <YYYY-MM-DD>.
 Record expires on <YYYY-MM-DD>.
 Record created on <YYYY-MM-DD>.

 Name servers in listed order:
    <NS> <IP>

What do you think about that?

Thanks,
Florian
