If you want an affiliate to have a different setup that yourself, you'll
have to use two different OpenSRS.conf files. The scripts YOUR customers
will access should have custom tech/name turned off. The scripts your
affiliate uses can have them turned on.
That's the easiest solution, albeit not elegant.
