I question whether this is real or a scam - how would the complainant know
you were the reseller? Whois entries only list Tucows. If the complainant
contacted Tucows, wouldn't Tucows contact the RSP first before telling the
complainant who the RSP was? At least I sure hope they would give their RSP
benefit of the doubt.

Can NSI tell who a reseller is?
