completely, and ICANN had some of their power distributed more evenly, Vint
Cerf or no.
However .tv has nothing to do with expanding the namespace. It's a ccTLD
being marketed as a gTLD. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with that per
se, but what I am saying is that in my opinion it's worthless to most people.
It's just marketing. It's vaporware.
