For all that - is this the ONLY modification/addition to the code released on 2000/12/19

The new release - 2.3, according to the ChangeLog - only has this change?

Added client Renew CGI and templates.

Is this the only addition to the code ? I mean, has any of the other scripts been changed at all? anywhere? or just this bit added.
