So does this mean that OpenSRS will make expired names available to
SnapNames before they make them available to the RSP's?

In fact it appears OpenSRS is the "only" registrar signed on so far.

Do a "multiple" name search and you'll see the dropdown for affiliates
listing only OpenSRS.
