So what is the recommended course of action when:

1. NSI expiration date is May 2000
2. Owner's NIC Handle not updated since 1999
3. Owner's Email address & phone numbers are defunct
4. Domain's Nameservers are both defunct. (Isn't that against ICANN policy?)

Why hasn't NSI released this yet?
Would it do any good to call NSI?

Even if they release it how can I guarantee that I can snag it?

Any ideas?
