For ltd.uk your options would be either localwebcouk.ltd.uk or
localweb-co-uk.ltd.uk. Plus you have to be UK registered company...

Specifically, the .ltd.uk must be *exactly* the registered company name, with spaces either removed or made into dashes. So WebWorlds Limited (us) can only have webworlds.ltd.uk.

Of course, since we also have LocalWeb.co.uk Limited - that does raise some interesting questions. localweb.co.uk.ltd.uk? I don't think so.
