This is now fixed. The system runs a cron job daily to auto-renew any
domain set to "auto-renew". This was partially bonged by a problem where
the auto-renew script would honour the "Process Orders Immediately" flag (if
it was set to "NO", the auto-renew would not occur).
Any domain set to auto-renew that has not yet been renewed will go out
tonight :) (and going forward).
