Unfortunately no - our current system is rather old, dilapidated, and dumb.
Effective, but dumb. It's being replaced (as we speak, going through the
process), so in the interim we have to bounce through things.

You don't seriously think we've done over 150,000 tickets in the past year.
We're not THAT bad ;)
