using the RWI - (Reseller Web Interface) - Select the Domain you are having
a problem with...
either from View Domain onthe front page or from SEARCH Domains screeens

At the bottom of that screen - with all the admin/billing/tect contact info
etc.... is

E-Mail Login Password for xxxxxxxx.com to the
Admin Contact (owner@mail.com)

If you click on that it will send the admin address the following email...

This note contains the login information necessary to manage
your domain.

NOTE:
Please keep this information strictly secret. Anyone with access to the
login/password can change all information regarding this domain, including
ownership.

Domain: domain.com
Username: UUUUUUUU
Password: PPPPPPPP

The oh-so-enlightening reply was:

But (gasp) we *are* the Reseller.

So, how are we supposed to "support our own customers" when we don't even
know
the profile username and password. Our customer doesn't know the username

password either. Does anyone?

BTW, what are "the usual channels"? Just interested.
