Can you send us the ticket # you received from our system? We have nothing
for hostmaster@ntnation.com or *@ntnation.com, and are wondering if we ever
got a request.

As for credit card authorization, I strongly suggest you email
payments@opensrs.org, as they may have additional information for you :)
