We're looking into this as we speak. Can you send me a copy of the message
(with headers) so we can delve a little deeper. I currently have a pretty
good idea of how this happened, but just need that last piece of the puzzle.

We did not merge with DirectNIC, nor do we discuss any dealings we have with
any of our resellers.

I'll get back to you when I have more information.
