resending transfer authorisation email - link gone

Hi,
I have a customer that needs to get the email for approving the transfer
process resent to them. However, when I go into the orders in progress and
bring up his domain - banoncom.com - the link to resend the authorisation is
missing - just a couple of blank lines at the bottom of the page. How can I
resend this ?
