"No response from the RA" probably indicates that the system
was unable to determine if the domain was taken the first
time you tried.
Did you check WHOIS to see when the domain was registered?

I can't believe this.
I tried to register a domain and I got a weird response about "no response
from the RA" or something. I try again and it says "Domain taken"!!!
It's nearly impossible that somebody has registered it in the meantime,
since the domain is a 12-letter acronym for a little medical organization
in Spain.
What shall I do?
