What do I think?
I think they deserve any misery they experience. I have never met a
more clueless bunch of by-the-book policy-driven tech support drones
than the ones that fester at Network Solutions.
Think we could launch a class action suit against 'em to drop their line
about being "the dot com people"? Since they're obviously *not* people.
