Yes, but if they are CIRA accredited, they would have the CIRA logo on
their site, too, because they're allowed to.
Remember, you don't *have* to display the logo on your site, or on each
page -- it's a tool that you're *allowed* to use, and you may choose to
only display it on your .com/.net/.org page, while your .ca page has the
"CIRA Accredited Registrar" logo.
Perhaps a better phrasing would be "Authorized OpenSRS reseller for: .com,
.net, .org, .ca..." and note that this does not preclude that they may
offer other domains through other registrars.
I think it's important to know if the person selling a .biz is actually
authorized to sell the real .biz and isn't just trying to sell the
dot-biz.com impression of it.
Perhaps it is a switch that the resellers could configure -- to show or
not their allowed TLDs, and other information on that page, perhaps
including their address or not, their phone numbers or not, etc.
