Jo,

This domain fell into an inconsistent state. I'm going to get it
repaired, that will happen today. CIRA has been SO slow lately that our
system is having difficulties resolving the completions of orders (SO
slow... painfully). If you find further domains like this please email
support@opensrs.org immediately, they have a quick remedy :)
