Regardless of what actually happens, this is an excellent idea to prevent all
the registry spamming that happens... If OpenSRS and many of the other larger
registrars formed an alliance with SnapNames, then before they drop a name,
they check with SnapNames and if there is already a reservation... just
transfer the ownership. But then, why do you need SnapNames? Just have each
registrar taking backorders for the names already registered in their local
database. Hmmm... I wonder where this discussion will lead?
