Tucows/OpenSRS has already stated and repeated (since day one) that they
will not offer these services through the wholesale opensrs model. If you
want them from Tucows, use their Domain Direct service.
Tucows is commited to keeping opensrs as a wholesale provider for ISPs and
web hosts that provide the value added service you describe.
