We are trying to get our first Entrust Certificate through openSRS. Has
anyone else found their methods to be a little overbearing? I am listed as
technical contact on most of the sites that we host - they want our client
to verify my employment information!! The client does not want to verify
employment for someone who does not work for them and does not understand
why they need to do this and honestly I do not either.
Am I missing something here? We have gotten certificates through verisign,
Thawte, Equifax and never had this many hurdles to cross.
Am I having a unique experience or are others finding similar things going
on?
