You have apparently recently changed the RWI that some failed
transfers now go to "declined orders", so that one can send them
again with ease. Thanks! However, it doesn't get all the domains it
should. We had recently failing three transfers. Two timed out
waiting for owner resp. registry approval - they appeared in the
declined list. However, one was outrightly declined by NSI and it
just vanished away so that I had to fill it in again.
It doesn't make much sense to put all failed domains under "declined"
except for declined domains, doesn't it?
