Greetings,
We had a few .biz's that weren't allocated in the initial
round (ie, they had more than one app - sometimes from the
same person). Anyway, a few of these (eg, imagix.biz) have
since been approved - at least according to the whois.
Why are these domains still not appearing in our reseller
database though?! When are they enabled? How can the user
manage the account? It's pointing at our nameservers (load
it up and see), but we're looking like idiots because we
can't actually let our clients change things.
The RWI still sells "sent" and not completed, but its been
resolving to our nameserver for 2 weeks.
